The ICT4D Collective is passionate about partnerships, not only through our research about them, but also through their practical importance in delivering effective empowerment for poor people through ICTs. We are currently establishing a new partnership framework following the creation of the Collective out of the UNESCO Chair in ICT4D, and details of this will be made available shortly.
